We believe that leaders are an integral part in the student experience at Central Youth Conference. As leaders, not only will you be poured into, but you’ll be able to pour into the lives of your students. You’ll experience the conference with them by attending sessions together, enjoying free time and after parties, and having small group time throughout the conference.
Pastors:
Our heart is to reach the next generation while building the local church. At CYC we gather pastors and leaders so that you can be encouraged, empowered, and equipped to reach the next generation in your communities. Our commitment is to help your young adult and youth ministries succeed beyond the conference. Pastors will have daily breakout sessions, Q&A, and leadership experiences.
Students:
We believe that Central Youth Conference is a catalyst for change in students’ lives. We provide an atmosphere for ministry that empowers the Youth Pastor to lead their students through what God is doing during the conference. Our goal is for students to be committed to their youth pastors, leaders, and their church. This is why all students break out into small groups that will be conducted by their pastors and leaders. You can expect creative services, authentic relationships within small groups, and summer activities like rock climbing, clan competitions, basketball, soccer, volleyball, swimming, and so much more! Each night service is followed by an amazing after party with food, music, and a surprise event every night!
